A relaxed, fun Baby Yoga class taught by professional Baby Yoga teaches with over 16 years of Perinatal experience. Baby Yoga 1 teaches simple yoga and relaxation techniques for parent and baby, that can help with digestion, sleep and to relive stress and calm the nervous system.
